Emergency Oil Bank

Our Oil Bank provides one free tank of oil to Heating Oil Service members who meet certain criteria.

If you need emergency oil, first apply for Fuel Assistance if you have not already done so.

Are you eligible? / ¿Eres elegible?

This service provides one free emergency tank of oil to people who meet the following conditions:

1. MUST MEET THESE 3 CONDITIONS:

• Household has a membership in our Heating Oil Service and has taken at least one oil delivery with their assigned oil dealer, AND
• have applied for or are receiving statewide fuel assistance, AND
• your oil tank is one quarter full or LESS.

2. AND MUST MEET ONE of the following conditions:

• children under age 19 live in the home at least half of the time, or
• someone in the home is over the age of 64, or
• someone in the home has a long-term illness or disability, and can provide a doctor's note or proof of SSDI.

If you meet the criteria above, please call our office at 617-399-5199 to request an oil bank delivery. Funds are extremely limited and assistance cannot be guaranteed.

Este servicio para nuestros miembros y proporciona una entrega de emergencia gratuita a las personas que cumplen con las siguientes condiciones:

There is a desperate need for donations this year since prices are so high! We greatly appreciate any donation to the Oil Bank.

$1000 - fills one tank of oil

$500 - fills 1/2 a tank

$250 - fills 1/4 tank

But please give any amount! Even $10 matters!
