How our non-profit Heating Oil Service works:

1. Fill out our enrollment form & pay annual membership dues of $30 ($20 for seniors/disabled; free for Fuel Assistance recipients).
2. We pair you with a reliable oil dealer that meets your preferences.
3. You set up an account with that dealer.
4. The dealer charges you our special member price for each delivery, which is always discounted from their regular retail price of the day and is consistently 10-50 cents cheaper than the average pricing posted by the states of MA & RI.

Renew your membership for 2027 by December 31st, 2026. 

1. Click here to go to the Log-in page.
    
2. If you have an email address on file with us, it is your username. You can click "Forgot password" and a temporary password will be sent to your account. 
   Important: When prompted to change your password, use this temporary password in the "Current password" field.
    
3. If you are not able to log-in with an email address, click "Find your account" and enter the requested information: the name on your account, the phone number on the account, and your member ID number or oil service address. If you need to confirm what these are, you can reach out to our team.
   
   Once logged in, we encourage you to click the pencil icon by your name on the left and add an email address so you can log-in easily next time. A temporary password will be emailed to you when you add your email. When prompted to update your password, use this temp password in the "Current password" field.
