How our non-profit Heating Oil Service works:

1. Fill out our enrollment form & pay annual membership dues of $25 ($15 for seniors/disabled; free for Fuel Assistance recipients).
2. We pair you with a reliable oil dealer that meets your preferences.
3. You set up an account with that dealer.
4. The dealer charges you our discounted member price for each delivery.

2. If you have an email address on file with us, it is your username. You can click "Forgot password" and a temporary password will be sent to your account. 
   Important: When prompted to change your password, use this temporary password in the "Current password" field.
    
3. If you are not able to log-in with an email address, click "Find your account" and enter the requested information: the name on your account, your member ID number, and the phone number or oil service address on your account. If you need to confirm what these are, you can reach out to our team.
   
   Once logged in, we encourage you to click the pencil icon by your name on the left, and add an email address so you can log-in easily next time. A temporary password will be emailed to you when you add your email. When prompted to update your password, use this temp password in the "Current password" field.
