We’ll discuss how much customers saved on the heat pump rates last winter, explain the new and improved rates for this upcoming heating season, and provide a refresher on how to enroll and confirm enrollment, including what the rate will look like on your electric bill.
We’ll also look ahead to time-varying rates (TVRs), which could enable new opportunities to save by shifting electricity use to lower-cost times. We’ll explain what TVRs are and provide an update on the status of implementing them in Massachusetts.
