What is the Clean Heat Standard and how can it help us reach our climate goals?
Green Energy Consumers Alliance is sponsoring an informative webinar on the concept known as the Clean Heat Standard (CHS). The CHS is under consideration in several states, notably Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and others. It’s a policy designed to reduce the use of fossil fuels for building heat and hot water over time. Green Energy Consumers believes that a good Clean Heat Standard is possible and necessary to reduce emissions in the building sector enough to meet climate goals established by law in both the Ocean State and Bay State. For this webinar, we will be joined by experts on the topic from the Regulatory Assistance Project, Richard Cowart and Nancy Seidman.
