Through Rewiring America’s Rhode Island Heat Pump Access Program, you may be eligible for 20–30% off the cost of installing heat pumps. The program partners with trusted local contractors and groups — such as Abode Energy Management and Capital Good Fund — to help homeowners (and renters with landlord approval) make the switch.
