Bolstered by enthusiastic community support, the Lynn Water and Sewer Commission contracted this 600 kW turbine to begin producing electricity in the Fall of 2013. Mass Energy’s long term contract and support were essential to the development of this project. The project has the support within the community and saves money for the Commission's ratepayers in five cities and towns. The Vestas RRB turbine is visible from Boston and from as far north as Gloucester.
